The last thing we want to do is to restrict your creativity. If you feel that a 20 page sales letter or a 40 page brochure is what you need, then that's fine by us.
 

Your autoresponder messages can be sent out in either Plain Text or HTML format, allowing you to add such things as formatting, color and graphics.

Each autoresponder runs to a timetable which you define, sending out your messages just when you want them to drop into your reader's mailbox. Once set up, you can login and alter the timetable whenever you like.
 

Make each and every message you send out appear to come directly from you and not from Smart Autoresponder, by choosing your own 'From' address for each autoresponder.

Have you ever been embarrassed by sending out an email only to find that you missed something out, made a howler of a spelling mistake or messed up the formatting?  Well, this doesn't have to happen with Smart Autoresponder as, whenever you add or edit a message, you can send yourself a test message first to make sure it looks good.
 

Handling request for removal from your mailing lists couldn't be easier. In addition to generating an unsubscribe form and giving you the ability to delete subscribers manually, removal links are automatically added to all outgoing messages.
 

Rather than add your signature to each and every message that you send out in Plain Text, simply set up your signature file in your management area and let the system add it automatically to all outgoing messages.
 

If you wish, the system will automatically add a disclaimer notice to all outgoing messages. In these days of increasing spam complaints, this feature provides you with very valuable additional protection from complaints.
 

Each autoresponder can be set to send you notification of subscriptions, including any data collected on your subscription form. In addition, you can also send a copy of this notification to a second email address, for example your sales or technical department, if you wish.
 

The Smart Autoresponder system includes it's own custom-built form creation software allowing you to customize your subscription forms to match the look and feel of your own web site.  Add text and graphics, choose the color scheme for your page, select the general layout of your subscription form and add footer text and hyperlinks.
 

In addition to the standard personalization using data collected on your subscription form, you can also add Day and Date Codes to your messages, allowing you to refer to past, present and future days and dates.
 

Your subscription forms can also contain hidden fields into which you can place data that you want to pass through the system out of site of your subscribers, for example additional tracking data.
 

Autoresponder messages can be coded to add unique reference numbers.  This can be extremely useful if you are using an autoresponder for support requests or a promotion where you wish to give each subscriber a lucky draw number for example.
 

When a subscriber is added to an autoresponder the details are placed into your autoresponder database and can be viewed and downloaded whenever you like, perhaps for import into other programs, such as a spreadsheet or database on your own PC.
 

The system provides comprehensive statistics of your subscribers allowing you to see subscribers in your message queue, those that have received your complete message series, those that have unsubscribed, those that you have deleted and subscribers who have submitted bad email addresses.

In addition, you can see where in your message series you are losing subscribers, which is invaluable in helping you to pinpoint problems in your message series and correct these.
 

If you wish, the system will email your reports on a daily or weekly (every Monday) basis, giving details of subscribers that have been added to each autoresponder.
 

From time to time subscribers will send questions or comments to your autoresponder address, which are normally simply lost.  With Smart Autoresponder however subscription messages that contain text are automatically forwarded to you.
 

You can search your subscriber database at any time to view or edit particular subscriber data, or to delete subscribers.
 

You can add subscribers to your autoresponder lists manually at any time by simple typing or cutting and pasting the details in through your browser, or by uploading an existing subscriber list.
 

Send out broadcast one-off mailings, perhaps of special time-limited offers.

Our system allow you to select the subscribers to whom one-off mailings are sent, for example, to all of your subscribers or only to those who are still in your mailing queue, or who have already received your message series. In addition, if you have collected selective data through your subscription form (for example your subscribers' gender or country of residence), you may also use this data to select the subscribers to receive one-off mailings.
 

Although our free trial autoresponder messages may from time to time carry advertising messages, our paid account messages do NOT. The only message that your reader's will see is your message!
 

This powerful feature not only allows you to see where your subscribers are coming from, but also gives you access to a number of alternative autoresponder names.

When you set up an autoresponder our system will automatically create 19 additional domain names for use on your account. So, if you set up an autoresponder and name it offers@smartautoresponder.com, the following alternative names will be added to your autoresponder for tracking purposes:

You can use any of these addresses to add subscribers to this autoresponder and the system will track each address independently. For example, you might use offers@smartautoresponder.com to subscribe people from your web site home page, offers@bestbizinfo.com for subscribers coming from another web site page, and offers@kwikreply.com for subscribers coming from an ezine ad.  Your management screen will then show you not only how many subscribers you've received in total to this autoresponder, but will give you the detailed breakdown by individual alternate domain names.

Just think, no more ugly tracking links in your ezine ads - just use a simple mailto link to offers@ideaboss.com for example.
 

Add attachments to your autoresponder messages, allowing your subscribers to receive ebooks, pictures, sound files etc.  You may add as many attachments as you like to each autoresponder message, as long as the total size of attachments added to each messages does not exceed 2MB.
