Do you remember when you first started your Internet business? Yes of course you do. Those were the days when you checked your mail 10 times a day hoping to see a flood or emails notifying you of sales or, failing that, a flood of questions and feedback from your potential customers.

Of course 9 out of those 10 times you were probably disappointed but, when the odd question did come in, you sat down and spent some time crafting a carefully worded reply and getting it out as quickly as possible in the hope of making that sale.

This is a nervous time for any new on-line marketer, but soon the orders, questions and feedback do indeed begin to flood in and, before you know where you are, you're doing nothing but answering your email and beginning to wish that there was some way to automate the whole process.

Well, there is....

Although potential customers come in all shapes and sizes one thing that you will notice very quickly is that the vast majority of them have the same questions in their mind about your product or service. If you study the questions that are coming in each day, you'll see that the same handful of perhaps a dozen or so are appearing over and over again. Indeed you'll quite possible already have taken these and used them to create a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page on your web site. So here's the trick...

Simply start putting each of your regular email tasks, such as answering Frequently Asked Questions, onto an autoresponder with a link on your web site page.  In this case, your link might say something like:

If you have a question about any aspect of our product then
Click Here and we'll answer it for you.

Try it out.

A neat way to cut down on answering your email isn't it?

Now all you need to do is to skim through your daily questions and pick out the odd few one-off questions that require a personal answer.

This is just one example of how you can save hours each day. But this is of course a much more powerful marketing tool.
